Wells 4B1016 Vapor Canister

The Wells 4B1016 Vapor Canister is a direct-fit replacement emission control component designed to capture and store fuel vapors from the fuel system, preventing harmful hydrocarbons from escaping into the atmosphere. This canister plays a critical role in the vehicle's evaporative emissions (EVAP) system by containing fuel vapors in activated charcoal until they can be purged into the engine for combustion.

Key Features:

• Engineered to meet or exceed OE specifications in form, fit, and function
• Filled with activated charcoal to effectively adsorb and store fuel vapors
• Helps prevent check engine light illumination due to EVAP system failures
• Supports emission compliance and helps vehicles pass emissions testing
• Direct replacement for worn or saturated original canisters
• Compatible with domestic and imported vehicle applications

Wells Vehicle Electronics manufactures high-quality emission control components using advanced engineering and testing procedures. A failing vapor canister can cause excessive fuel consumption, failed emissions tests, or trigger diagnostic trouble codes related to the EVAP system.
