Wells 2N1043 Vapor Canister Purge Solenoid Valve

The Wells 2N1043 is a replacement vapor canister purge solenoid valve designed to restore proper evaporative emissions (EVAP) system function. The purge solenoid controls the flow of fuel vapors from the charcoal canister to the intake manifold, where they are burned during normal combustion rather than released into the atmosphere.

A faulty purge solenoid can trigger a check engine light, cause rough idle, reduce fuel efficiency, and result in failed emissions testing. The Wells 2N1043 is engineered to meet or exceed OEM specifications, ensuring reliable operation and a proper fit.

Key Features:

• Direct OEM replacement for precise fit and function
• Controls fuel vapor flow from the EVAP charcoal canister to the intake manifold
• Helps eliminate check engine light codes related to EVAP system faults
• Manufactured to meet or exceed original equipment specifications
• Restores proper evaporative emissions system performance
• Supports compliance with emissions regulations
