Wells 2M1525 Vapor Canister Purge Valve EVAP Solenoid

The Wells 2M1525 is a direct-fit vapor canister purge valve (also known as an EVAP purge solenoid) designed to meet or exceed OEM specifications for a precise, reliable fit and function. This component plays a critical role in the vehicle's Evaporative Emission Control (EVAP) system by regulating the flow of fuel vapors from the charcoal canister to the intake manifold, where they are burned during normal engine operation rather than released into the atmosphere.

Key Features:

• Direct OEM replacement for a precise, hassle-free installation
• Manufactured to meet or exceed original equipment specifications
• Helps maintain proper EVAP system function and reduce harmful emissions
• Engineered to restore fuel vapor flow regulation and eliminate common fault codes (e.g., P0443, P0446)
• Durable construction for long-lasting, dependable performance
• Wells brand quality — a trusted name in emissions and engine management components

A faulty purge valve can trigger the Check Engine Light, cause rough idle, reduced fuel economy, or failed emissions tests. Replacing it with the Wells 2M1525 restores correct EVAP system operation and helps keep the vehicle running cleanly and efficiently.
