Nitrous Express 20990-15 90mm Hemi Plate Nitrous System 50-400HP with 15lb Bottle

The Nitrous Express 20990-15 is a complete 90mm plate-style nitrous oxide system engineered specifically for Hemi engines, delivering between 50 and 400 horsepower on demand. This comprehensive kit includes a precision-machined billet aluminum nitrous plate that mounts between the throttle body and intake manifold, providing clean integration without requiring intake manifold modifications.

Complete System Includes:

• 15lb nitrous bottle with Lightning 500 valve
• Pro Power Lightning series billet aluminum and carbon fiber solenoids
• 90mm billet aluminum nitrous plate
• 24-inch stainless braided lines (SHO rated) from solenoids to plate
• Master arming switch for safety control
• TPS-activated WOT (wide open throttle) module for fly-by-wire throttle compatibility
• Complete jetting for 50, 100, 150, 200, 250, 300, 350, and 400 horsepower
• All necessary hardware, brackets, and electrical connectors

Advanced Lightning Solenoid Technology:

• Optimized internal flow path eliminates sharp turns and expansion chambers
• Maintains nitrous in dense liquid form for maximum power efficiency
• Integrated purge port on nitrous solenoid body for simplified plumbing
• CNC-machined aluminum bodies with carbon fiber cans for weight reduction
• Pro Power series construction for reliability at high horsepower levels

This system is configured as a single-stage setup by default and can be expanded to a dual-stage system by adding NX part number 933D (sold separately). The included WOT module ensures nitrous activation only occurs at wide open throttle, providing an additional safety layer for modern electronic throttle control systems. Perfect for street or strip applications where adjustable power levels and easy installation are priorities.
