Subaru 452280-8 Carburetor Float for Robin Small Engines

The Subaru 452280-8 is a genuine OEM replacement carburetor float designed for Subaru Robin small engines. The float is a critical internal carburetor component that regulates the fuel level within the carburetor bowl, ensuring consistent fuel delivery and proper engine performance.

As the fuel level in the carburetor bowl rises, the float lifts and closes the needle valve to stop fuel flow; as the level drops, the float lowers and reopens the valve. A damaged, waterlogged, or leaking float will cause rich running conditions, flooding, fuel overflow, or hard starting — making timely replacement essential for reliable engine operation.
