Product Details

The Generac 0K62740ST15 is a genuine OEM 7-gallon fuel tank weldment assembly designed for Generac RS5500 portable generators. This welded fuel tank construction provides durable, leak-resistant fuel storage with integrated mounting provisions for secure installation.

Key Features:

  • 7-gallon fuel capacity for extended generator runtime (up to 11 hours at 50% load)
  • Welded steel construction for durability and long service life
  • Integrated fuel gauge mounting provisions
  • Pre-drilled mounting holes (approximately 17-7/8 inches length on center by 17-5/8 inches width on center)
  • Includes rubber mounting grommets and anti-crush lining inserts for vibration isolation
  • Compatible with fuel cap part number 0H0958A

This fuel tank assembly is a direct replacement part for Generac RS5500 series portable generators (models 6672, 6674) and may fit other Generac RS series models. Generac replacement parts are also compatible with generators branded under Honeywell, Guardian, Siemens, Carrier, and Watchdog names. Always verify your generator's parts diagram to ensure proper fitment, as many Generac fuel tanks appear similar but are not interchangeable.
