Product Details

The Mishimoto MMOC-U16TBK is a universal thermostatic oil cooler kit designed to reduce engine oil temperatures and prevent overheating during high-performance driving, track days, or towing applications. This 16-row stacked-plate oil cooler features a durable black finish and includes everything needed for installation on most vehicles.

Key Features:

  • 16-row stacked-plate design engineered to withstand high fluid pressures while minimizing pressure loss
  • Thermostatic sandwich plate activates oil flow through the cooler once oil reaches optimal operating temperature
  • Billet anodized aluminum sandwich plate construction for durability and corrosion resistance
  • Includes 3/4"-16 and M20-1.5 sandwich plate adapters for compatibility with most makes and models
  • Stealth black finish for a custom appearance
  • Universal fitment allows installation on a wide range of vehicles
  • Backed by Mishimoto Lifetime Warranty

The thermostatic function ensures the engine reaches proper operating temperature before oil is routed through the cooler, maintaining optimal oil viscosity during warm-up while providing maximum cooling protection during demanding conditions. The stacked-plate design offers superior heat dissipation compared to tube-and-fin coolers while maintaining structural integrity under pressure.
