The NGK (NTK) 24225 Oxygen Sensor, also called an O2 sensor or exhaust gas oxygen sensor, is a direct-fit replacement. It measures the oxygen content in the exhaust stream and sends that signal to the engine computer. The computer uses it to keep the air/fuel mixture correct, which helps control emissions and supports fuel economy.
