Keystone TNKFG90C Fuel Sending Unit for 1966-1967 Chevy II Nova 5/16 Line

The Keystone TNKFG90C is a direct replacement fuel tank sending unit engineered specifically for 1966-1967 Chevrolet Chevy II and Nova models equipped with 5/16 inch fuel line. This unit provides accurate fuel level readings to your dashboard gauge, restoring proper functionality to vehicles with failed or malfunctioning original sending units.

Key Features:

• Direct replacement design matches original equipment specifications
• 0-90 ohm resistance range compatible with 1966-67 Chevy II/Nova factory gauges
• Features 5/16 inch fuel line connection for 2-barrel carburetor applications
• Includes float arm assembly with variable resistor for accurate fuel level measurement
• Restores reliable fuel gauge operation and prevents inaccurate readings

The fuel sending unit mounts inside the fuel tank and uses a float mechanism connected to a variable resistor to measure fuel levels. As fuel levels rise and fall, the float arm adjusts the electrical resistance, sending accurate signals to the dashboard fuel gauge. Proper installation with a new gasket is recommended to prevent fuel vapor leaks.
