ACDelco 84391114 Rear Suspension Auto-Leveling Position Sensor

The ACDelco 84391114 is a genuine GM rear suspension automatic leveling position sensor designed to monitor vehicle height and adjust headlight aim accordingly. This sensor is a critical component of the automatic forward lighting leveling system, which maintains proper headlight alignment as vehicle load changes.

Key Features:

• Genuine ACDelco OE replacement part ensuring exact fit and function
• Monitors rear suspension position for automatic headlight leveling systems
• Mounts to rear driver side suspension components
• Communicates vehicle height changes to the lighting control module
• Direct replacement for worn or failed original equipment sensors

This sensor helps maintain optimal headlight aim by detecting changes in vehicle ride height caused by cargo weight or passenger load. When the sensor detects the rear of the vehicle is lower than normal, the system automatically adjusts the headlight angle downward to prevent blinding oncoming traffic. Essential for proper operation of adaptive headlight systems on equipped GM vehicles.
