Demco 16068 AFO Air Force One Large Quick Disconnect Plug Cap for Coach

The Demco 16068 AFO Plug Large is a replacement protective cap designed for the coach-side quick-disconnect air valve on the Demco Air Force One (AFO) supplemental braking system. This large black vinyl cap slides securely over the quick-disconnect fitting on the motorhome (coach) side of the AFO air line connection, shielding the valve from dirt, moisture, and road debris when the towed vehicle is disconnected.

Proper use of this dust cap is critical to system performance. Keeping the air valve covered when not in use prevents contamination that can cause improper functioning of the AFO braking unit. This cap is an OEM Demco replacement part, included as a component in the Demco 6248 Quick Connect Kit for Coach.

Key Features:

• Large-size vinyl protective cap for the coach-side AFO quick-disconnect air valve
• Protects the air valve from dirt, moisture, and debris during storage and transit
• OEM Demco replacement part — direct fit for Air Force One (AFO) braking systems
• Black color finish
• Part of the Demco 6248 Quick Connect Kit for Coach assembly

Compatible with the Demco Air Force One supplemental braking system. For the quick-disconnect fitting itself, reference Demco part number 16121. Always ensure the dust cap is in place on the air connections when the towed vehicle is not connected to maintain proper braking system function.
