Product Details

The Turbosmart TS-0604-1155 is an internal wastegate actuator specifically engineered for the R56 Mini Cooper S turbocharged engine. This performance wastegate actuator features a 6 inHg spring pressure setting, designed to provide precise boost control and improved turbocharger response over the factory actuator.

Key Features:

  • Direct bolt-on replacement for R56 Mini Cooper S factory wastegate actuator
  • 6 inHg spring pressure for enhanced boost control
  • Precision-engineered diaphragm and spring assembly for consistent performance
  • Durable construction designed to withstand high boost and temperature cycling
  • Allows for better turbo spool and reduced boost creep
  • Maintains OEM fitment and mounting points

Turbosmart internal wastegate actuators are designed to address common factory wastegate issues including boost creep, inconsistent boost control, and premature diaphragm failure. This actuator is ideal for Mini Cooper S owners looking to optimize turbocharger performance whether running stock boost levels or upgraded tuning.

Quick n fast! Hope it fits!

simple and easy

I ordered three (3) cupholders. They were as described and arrived quickly. Unfortunately, the cups that I intend to use them for do not fit well. I could not pull up my order online to initiate a return, so I left a mesage with customer service. I left the message on the weekend and have yet to hear back. I expect I will be notified tomorrow (Monday) as to how to return the items.
