WIX Racing Filters PXA46316 High-Performance Panel Air Filter

WIX Racing oil, air and fuel filters are designed for high-performance and extreme racing conditions, providing superior engine protection when it matters most. WIX air filter elements play a vital part in preventing foreign particles like soot, carbon, and abrasives from damaging your engine, as even the smallest dust particles can damage cylinder walls, pistons and piston rings.

Advanced Construction Features:

• Panel design provides air with a linear path and low restriction, featuring special pocket pleats in the media held together with specially formulated adhesive
• Filter media framed by a urethane sealing gasket and supported by a mesh screen, both molded in place with the filter element
• Uses premium silicone compounds rather than foam or rubber sealing gaskets to assure a proper seal under harsh conditions
• Embossed pleats and pleat stabilization beads help trap more dirt and extend filter life

WIX engineers have worked with more than 25 different racing teams, testing and proving superior-crafted materials and designs in thousands of miles of actual race conditions. This panel air filter with foam pad delivers the reliability and performance demanded by racing applications while maintaining excellent filtration efficiency.
