Ken-Tool 36016 Easy-Lift Bead Seating Stand for 22.5" Wheels with 8-3/4" Hubs

The Ken-Tool 36016 Easy-Lift Bead Seating Stand is designed to reduce physical strain and improve tire mounting quality for commercial truck tire technicians working with 22.5-inch wheel assemblies. This ergonomic tool features a standard crown specifically sized for 8-3/4-inch diameter hubs.

Key Features:

• Ergonomic design significantly reduces back strain when handling heavy 22.5-inch tire and wheel assemblies
• Standard crown profile fits 8-3/4-inch diameter hubs for proper wheel centering
• Gravity-assisted operation automatically positions assemblies horizontally for bead seating
• Aligns tire beads concentrically with wheel flanges for improved ride quality and extended tire life
• Simplifies the bead seating process after tire mounting

How It Works:

After mounting a tire onto a 22.5-inch wheel, the technician rolls the assembly to the front of the stand and pushes it toward the crown. Gravity causes the wheel center to drop onto the crown, automatically positioning the assembly horizontally. This allows the bottom tire bead to align concentrically with the bottom bead flange of the wheel, ensuring proper seating before inflation.

This professional-grade stand is an essential tool for truck tire shops, fleet maintenance facilities, and commercial tire service operations looking to improve efficiency and reduce workplace injuries.
