Product Details

The OTC Tools 205-155 Rear Axle Oil Seal Installer is a professional-grade tool designed for precise installation of oil seals on Dana 60, 70, and 80 rear axles. This specialty installer ensures proper seating of rear axle oil seals, preventing leaks and ensuring reliable differential performance.

Key Features:

  • Compatible with Dana 60, Dana 70, and Dana 80 rear axles
  • OEM equivalent to Ford part number T80T-4000-Y
  • Designed to work with OTC 205-153 universal driver handle (sold separately)
  • Professional-quality construction for accurate seal installation
  • Prevents damage to seals during installation

This installer is commonly used on Ford E-Series vans (E-150, E-250, E-350, E-450, E-550), Ford Super Duty trucks (F-250, F-350, F-450, F-550), Ford Excursion, and Ford Escape models equipped with Dana axles or compatible transfer cases. The precision-engineered design ensures oil seals are installed squarely and to the correct depth, eliminating the risk of premature seal failure or fluid leaks. Requires OTC 205-153 driver handle for operation.

Very good

Quick delivery

My only complaint is that the plastic Packing Slip holder and Manufacturer Part Number label were stuck to the piping and required about 45 minutes worth of scraping, pulling, and rubbing with Goof-Off to remove these sticky items from the exhaust piping. Was a real PITA. I didn't want them melting on the hot exhaust pipes, so I wanted them removed. I'd suggest, wrapping the exhaust piping with shrink wrap plastic first and then sticking these items to the shrink wrap for easier removal and preparation for installation.

Fast

It was good! not the one I wanted but the product is no longer available but did have a replacement which I got and was very pleased Thank you!

Quick shipping. Correct parts.

Great.
