EBC DP8079.25SR21 SR21 Sintered Race Brake Pads

The EBC SR21 Sintered Race Brake Pads represent a breakthrough in competition brake technology, utilizing compressed and heat-fused sintered metal powdered alloys to deliver a pad that provides incredible bite from cold and is capable of outlasting semi-metallic race pads by up to 5 times. Although badged an endurance grade, these pads are equally at home in any form of closed-circuit racing, short or long duration.

Key Features:

• SR21 is the higher friction option in EBC's SR series lineup
• Ultra high friction suited to race cars without ABS
• Made in the USA plant of EBC Brakes
• Wear life is 3-5 times longer than competitor semi-metallic pads
• Transfer film technology employed eliminates disc wear
• Being a hard pad in compressibility terms means pedal feel is better and more responsive
• No chemical bedding required - just fit them and race since there are no volatiles to burn off
• Works from cold up to 900°C (Ambient – 1650°F)
• 25mm pad thickness for extended service life

EBC recommends using SR21 on the front for maximum stopping power. These pads are designed for competition/off-road use and are not approved for road use.
