SAS Safety 9812-05 APR to SAR Hose Conversion Kit

The SAS Safety 9812-05 Hose Conversion Kit provides a practical solution for converting air-purifying respirator (APR) systems to supplied air respirator (SAR) configurations. This conversion kit enables workers to upgrade their respiratory protection when air quality conditions require a supplied air source rather than filtered ambient air.

Key Features:

• Converts APR respiratory systems to SAR functionality
• Designed for compatibility with SAS Safety respirator masks and assemblies
• Enables connection to external Grade D breathable air sources
• Provides enhanced respiratory protection for hazardous environments
• Ideal for spray painting, chemical handling, confined spaces, and IDLH conditions

Supplied air respirators deliver clean, breathable air from a compressed air source or cylinder, making them essential for work environments where air-purifying respirators cannot provide adequate protection. This conversion kit allows users to maintain their existing respirator facepiece while upgrading to supplied air capability when working conditions demand it.
