The Dynabrade 56578 Speed Regulator is a genuine OEM replacement component designed for use in various Dynabrade pneumatic air tools, including orbital sanders, grinders, and vacuum shroud assemblies. This critical valve assembly controls airflow and regulates tool speed, ensuring optimal performance and precise operation of your Dynabrade power tools.

Key Features:

• Genuine Dynabrade OEM replacement part for guaranteed compatibility
• Designed to work with 01025 O-rings (3 required) for proper sealing
• Compatible with 56579 valve stem assembly for complete speed control
• Used in conjunction with safety throttle lever assemblies
• Essential component for maintaining proper air pressure regulation

Installation Notes:

• O-rings should be lubricated with petroleum-based lubricant before installation
• Care must be taken during installation to prevent o-rings from dislodging from grooves
• Regulator assembly inserts into tool housing and works with valve stem
• Commonly used in models with vacuum shrouds and central vacuum systems

This speed regulator is a critical wear component that should be replaced when tools show signs of reduced speed control, air leakage, or inconsistent performance. Regular maintenance and replacement of worn speed regulators ensures your Dynabrade pneumatic tools continue to operate at peak efficiency and maintain proper RPM specifications.
