Milton Industries 1027 Precision Air Regulator 1" NPT 250 PSI

The Milton Industries 1027 is a precision midsize air regulator designed for professional compressed air systems requiring accurate pressure control and high flow capacity. This relieving-type regulator delivers stable downstream air pressure across a wide range of airflows with fast response and minimal pressure drop.

Key Features:

• 1" NPT (National Pipe Thread) connections for high-volume applications
• Maximum inlet pressure of 250 PSI
• High flow capacity of 250 SCFM at 100 PSI
• Durable aluminum die-cast body construction
• Balanced piston design for precise pressure regulation
• Buna-N diaphragm for reliable sealing and performance
• Dual offset gauge ports that can serve as two 1/4" NPT supply lines
• Operating temperature range: 40°F to 120°F

This regulator features a relieving design that vents excess downstream pressure when adjusted to a lower setting, ensuring safe and accurate pressure control. The molded rubber components and balanced piston mechanism provide smooth, consistent regulation even under varying demand conditions. For optimal performance and longevity, install an inline air filter upstream of this regulator to prevent contaminant damage to internal components.
