Wehrli Custom Fabrication WCF100478-SGS LB7 Duramax S300 Single Turbo Install Kit Sparkle Granny Smith

This comprehensive single turbo installation kit from Wehrli Custom Fabrication enables you to upgrade your 2001-2004 Chevrolet Silverado 2500/3500 HD with 6.6L LB7 Duramax from the factory IHI turbocharger to a larger Borg Warner S300 series turbo. This complete kit replaces all restrictive OEM components with high-flow aluminum piping and includes everything needed for a professional installation in the distinctive Sparkle Granny Smith two-stage powder coat finish.

Key Features:

• 4-inch fabricated aluminum intake system with heavy-duty 10-gauge sheet metal air box and lid
• Premium dry media air filter with Outerwear's pre-filter cover for maximum protection
• 3-inch mandrel-bent 14-gauge aluminum hot and cold side intercooler pipes for improved airflow
• Upgraded 3-inch fabricated billet Y-bridge kit replaces restrictive stock upper intake manifold
• High-quality stainless steel braided Parker oil feed and drain lines with fittings
• T4 turbo pedestal with mounting hardware
• 3-inch downpipe with high-temperature coating and HX40 style flange connection
• Driver side transmission dipstick tube for easier installation
• Complete hardware package including silicone boots, T-bolt clamps, V-band clamps, and heat wrap
• Hand-built and test-fitted in the USA for guaranteed fitment

Important Installation Note: A forward-facing thermostat housing (WCF100405) or modified OEM pipe (WCF100797) is required for proper clearance on LB7 models, as the OEM coolant feed port will interfere with the larger turbo intake. This product cannot ship to California and is intended for off-road competition use only.
