Product Details

The Cometic C14156-028 is a precision-engineered Multi-Layer Stopper (MLX) cylinder head gasket designed specifically for Subaru FB25B engines. This left-hand side (LHS) gasket features a 95.5mm bore diameter and .028" compressed thickness, providing optimal sealing performance for both OEM replacement and performance applications.

Key Features:

  • Multi-Layer Stopper (MLX) construction with multiple layers of stainless steel for superior strength and durability
  • 95.5mm bore diameter engineered to match Subaru FB25B cylinder specifications
  • .028" (0.71mm) compressed gasket thickness for precise compression control
  • Left-hand side (LHS) gasket for driver's side cylinder head
  • Stainless steel construction resists corrosion and maintains seal integrity under extreme temperatures
  • Stopper layer design prevents gasket failure around combustion chamber openings
  • Suitable for stock replacement and moderate performance builds

Cometic MLX gaskets combine the benefits of multi-layer steel technology with integrated stopper layers around critical sealing areas, making them ideal for vehicles requiring reliable head gasket performance. This gasket is compatible with Subaru FB25B naturally aspirated engines found in various Impreza, Crosstrek, and Forester models.
