Kraftwerks 199-17-0300 Billet Aluminum Throttle Body Adapter Polaris RZR

The Kraftwerks 199-17-0300 Throttle Body Adapter is a precision-engineered billet aluminum upgrade designed to replace the failure-prone factory rubber throttle body boot on Polaris RZR 1000 XP and XP4 models. This high-performance adapter eliminates common issues associated with the factory soft rubber boot, which is known to rip due to an internal metal plate molded into the rubber, suction collapse during boost, and brittleness from age.

Key Features:

• CNC-machined from billet aluminum for superior durability and strength
• Eliminates suction collapse of the inlet tube during boost conditions
• Twin vacuum ports for both inlet runners prevent boost-flutter associated with single-cylinder vacuum measurement
• Assures full boost potential by maintaining structural integrity under high-pressure conditions
• Direct replacement for factory throttle body boot

Designed specifically for supercharged and turbocharged applications, this throttle body adapter withstands the demanding conditions of forced induction systems. The dual vacuum port design ensures accurate vacuum readings from both cylinders, resulting in smoother boost delivery and improved engine management. Upgrade your Polaris RZR's intake system with this precision-built component from Kraftwerks Performance Group.
