Product Details

The Keystone TNKGM38B is a replacement fuel tank designed for 1970-1974 GM full-size station wagon models including Chevrolet Impala, Bel Air, Biscayne, and Pontiac Catalina and Bonneville wagons. This fuel tank is constructed from zinc-coated steel and has a capacity of 22 gallons (84 liters), with dimensions of 35" x 27" x 10".

Key Features:

  • Includes fuel sender lock ring and O-ring gasket for complete installation
  • Equipped with EEC (Evaporative Emission Control) system compatibility for controlling fuel vapor emissions
  • Zinc-coated steel construction provides superior rust and corrosion resistance
  • Direct-fit OE replacement design for proper installation
  • 22-gallon capacity provides adequate fuel storage for classic GM wagons

The EEC system controls hydrocarbon emissions by collecting fuel vapors from the fuel tank and carburetor fuel bowl vents, directing them into the engine intake manifold.
