Tekonsha 8508220 Brake-Even Proportional Trailer Brake Controller 1-4 Axles

The Tekonsha Brake-Even 8508220 is a proportional trailer brake controller designed to provide smooth, responsive braking for trailers with 1 to 4 axles (up to 8 brakes). This advanced brake controller uses motion-sensing technology to apply trailer brakes in proportion to your vehicle's deceleration, delivering a natural braking feel that matches your towing vehicle.

Key Features:

• Proportional braking system - Automatically senses vehicle deceleration and applies trailer brakes accordingly for smooth, controlled stops
• Supports up to 8 brakes - Compatible with trailers having 1 to 4 axles
• Automatic leveling - Self-calibrates to compensate for vehicle pitch, ensuring optimal performance regardless of load
• Electric over hydraulic compatible - Works with both standard electric brakes and electric over hydraulic brake systems
• Fully functional in reverse - Provides braking control when backing up your trailer
• LED display - Clear digital readout shows brake output level and diagnostic information
• Plug and play installation - Factory-style connector makes installation quick and straightforward on compatible vehicles

The Brake-Even controller features a compact black design that integrates cleanly into your vehicle's interior. Its proportional control system delivers superior braking performance compared to time-delayed controllers, reducing trailer push and providing safer, more confident towing in all conditions.
