Wehrli Custom Fabrication WCF100486-IP S400 High Mount 2nd Gen Turbo Swap Kit with Intercooler Pipe

The Wehrli Custom Fabrication WCF100486-IP is a complete S400 high mount turbocharger swap kit designed for the 5.9L Cummins engine paired with a 2nd Gen style exhaust manifold (sold separately). This all-inclusive kit provides every component needed to mount an S400-based turbocharger in a high-mount configuration, with the manifold oriented upward for a clean, straightforward downpipe installation — no cutting of the factory exhaust system required.

Each kit is hand-built in-house by Wehrli's experienced fabricators and welders, with every part test-fit on an engine to ensure proper fitment. All tubing is TIG welded and mating flanges are CNC machined with O-ring seals where necessary for a boost-leak-free setup. The downpipe is engineered for the standard S400 T4 4.6" diameter flange connection, delivering the best possible seal, alignment, and ease of installation. The down pipe connects to the V-band flange on the exhaust front pipe just as the factory turbo and cast elbow did.

Important Compatibility Notes:

• Requires a 2nd Gen style exhaust manifold — sold separately
• Not compatible with Race Cover style turbos
• Not compatible with Banks Power Intercoolers
• Compatible with 2003–2004 model year trucks that have been updated to the 2004.5–2011 style downpipe/front pipe
• If turbo is not purchased from WCFab, the brand and model of turbo must be specified at time of order
