Wehrli Custom Fabrication WCF100475-BR S300 High Mount Turbo 2nd Gen Swap Kit Bengal Red

Wehrli Custom Fabrication WCF100475-BR is a complete S300 High Mount Turbo 2nd Gen Swap Kit finished in Bengal Red powder coat, designed for the 2004.5–2007 Dodge Ram 5.9L Cummins diesel. This kit allows you to install an S300-based turbocharger using a 2nd Gen style exhaust manifold (sold separately). Each turbo kit is hand-built in-house by WCFab's experienced fabricators and welders, with every part built and test-fit on an engine to ensure proper fitment.

The manifold mounts pointing up, which allows for a quick and simple down pipe install with no cutting of your exhaust system required — the down pipe connects to the V-band flange on the exhaust pipe just as the factory turbo and cast elbow did.

This kit is designed to be used with a 2nd Gen style Stainless Diesel or Steed Speed exhaust manifold. If you are not purchasing the turbo and manifold together with the kit, you must specify the brand of turbo and manifold being used, as some brands may require sending the parts in for the kit to be built.

The hot side intercooler pipe uses a V-band connection at the turbo, and the kit includes welding of the V-band flange to the SXE turbo cover. Professional installation is required; detailed installation instructions are included.
