It was awesome to shop with your company

good

good and easy site to use

So far ok

Received the product quickly. Item is well packed. Great shopping experience.

You sent me an email asking if I had received my order. In said email was no description of what I ordered, only an order #...I've ordered a lot of stuff recently of which I only received 1 so far...consequently, I had to call (and wait on hold) to clarify what you were asking about. But yes, I got the item quickly and with no issue...you just might wanna be a little more specific with your follow up emails. Instead of saying 'did you receive Order # 123ABCD' you could ask 'did you receive Order # 123ABCD Purple Winch Extension Strap' I'm not a computer...I don't know what 123ABCD means...but I know what a Purple Winch Extension Strap is.
