US Motor Works 22311 Thermal Engine Cooling Fan Clutch

The US Motor Works 22311 thermal fan clutch is an engineered replacement cooling component designed to regulate engine temperature by controlling cooling fan operation. This thermal fan clutch uses temperature-sensitive silicone fluid technology to automatically engage and disengage the cooling fan based on engine heat, maintaining optimal operating temperature while reducing parasitic drag on the engine when cooling demands are low.

Key Features:

• High-load bearings increase durability and improve wear resistance for extended service life
• Improved shaft design delivers greater strength and enhanced load capacity
• Smooth internal surfaces reduce stress risers and material fatigue
• CNC-machined, tapped, and drilled mounting surfaces ensure proper fitment and help prevent leaks
• Staked shaft end prevents rotation during operation
• Full surface contact for all interference fits ensures reliable assembly
• ISO 9001:2015 certified manufacturing ensures consistent quality

US Motor Works thermal fan clutches are engineered and tested to meet or exceed OEM specifications, using only the highest quality materials. Each unit is designed and tested in the USA to provide reliable cooling system performance and long-term dependability.
