The Injen EVO9007 Evolution Cold Air Intake System delivers exceptional performance gains for 2020-2024 Ford Super Duty trucks equipped with the 6.7L Power Stroke diesel engine. Engineered with over 20 years of expertise, this system produces dyno-proven gains of up to 28 horsepower and 63 lb-ft of torque while maintaining factory fuel trims and air-fuel ratios for safe, reliable operation.

Advanced Roto-Molded Construction:

Unlike competitors who use inferior HDPE linear polyethylene, Injen constructs the EVO9007 from superior XLPE crosslinked polyethylene with 20 times the environmental stress crack resistance, 10 times the molecular weight, and 5 times the impact and tensile strength of HDPE. The one-piece sealed housing features Injen's patent-pending Twist-Lock technology for secure filter attachment and includes a Clear-View inspection badge for quick filter condition checks.

Optimized Airflow Engineering:

The custom-designed intake tube starts at a massive 5 inches in diameter and tapers strategically to maximize airflow velocity at the turbo inlet. Integrated MegaRam (MR) technology ensures consistent performance gains without triggering check engine lights. Two removable urethane plugs provide additional airflow capacity for heavily tuned applications.
