GB Remanufacturing 522-073 6.0L Stand Pipe Kit with PTFE Backup Washers

The GB Remanufacturing 522-073 Stand Pipe Kit is an upgraded replacement solution designed for 6.0L Power Stroke diesel engines. This kit addresses a common failure point in the original equipment stand pipes and rail plugs, which were prone to O-ring failure that resulted in loss of ICP (Injection Control Pressure). When ICP pressure drops, it can cause difficult starting conditions or engine stalling when hot.

Key Features:

• Improved design with PTFE backup washers to prevent O-ring failure
• Eliminates loss of ICP pressure caused by worn original equipment
• Solves common no-start and hot stalling issues related to stand pipe failure
• Direct replacement for factory 6.0L Power Stroke stand pipes and rail plugs
• Remanufactured to meet or exceed OEM specifications

This upgraded stand pipe kit is essential for maintaining proper high-pressure oil system function in 6.0L engines. The addition of PTFE backup washers provides enhanced sealing reliability compared to the original design, making this a superior long-term solution for preventing costly oil system failures.
