MAHLE AVE104000P A/C Expansion Valve

The MAHLE AVE104000P is a precision-engineered air conditioning expansion valve designed to regulate refrigerant flow in automotive A/C systems. This critical component controls the pressure drop and flow rate of refrigerant entering the evaporator, ensuring optimal cooling performance and system efficiency.

Key Features:

• Regulates refrigerant flow into the evaporator for maximum cooling efficiency
• Controls pressure drop necessary for refrigerant evaporation and heat absorption
• Temperature-sensing operation maintains proper superheat levels
• Precision-manufactured to OE specifications for reliable performance
• Helps prevent compressor damage by ensuring proper refrigerant state
• Direct replacement for OEM part numbers including 2308300184, 4638306601, A2308300184, and A4638306601

MAHLE expansion valves are engineered with precision metering orifices and temperature-sensing elements to continuously monitor and adjust refrigerant flow based on system demands. By creating the necessary pressure drop before the evaporator, this valve allows the refrigerant to rapidly expand and cool, enabling efficient heat absorption from the vehicle cabin. The valve's sophisticated design ensures that the correct amount of refrigerant enters the evaporator while preventing liquid refrigerant from reaching the compressor, which could cause catastrophic system failure.

As a leading OE supplier to European automakers, MAHLE delivers expansion valves that meet strict quality standards for durability and performance. This component is particularly suited for Mercedes-Benz applications and features the build quality expected from genuine MAHLE thermal management components.
