The UMI Performance 90058 heavy duty engine mount set is engineered to replace the factory clamshell mounts on GM G-Body vehicles. This precision-manufactured mounting system positions Small Block Chevy engines in the exact factory location while providing superior strength and durability for high-performance applications.

When paired with solid motor mounts, this system minimizes engine movement which is critical for applications with large header primaries, turbochargers, or other tight-fitting components. Solid mounts are ideal for racing applications but may increase noise, vibration and harshness (NVH) in street-driven vehicles. This is the same engine mount system used on UMI's G-Body test vehicle, the 1979 Monte Carlo "Green Machine".
