Rock Krawler RK05822 Super Duty 4-Link Upgrade Box Kit

The Rock Krawler RK05822 Super Duty 4-Link Upgrade Box Kit is a heavy-duty suspension upgrade designed to replace the factory radius arm setup on Ford Super Duty trucks with a true four-link front suspension geometry. This box kit provides the critical mounting hardware and fabricated brackets needed to complete the 4-link conversion.

Upgrading from the factory radius arm configuration to a 4-link setup delivers measurable improvements in front suspension performance. Unlike radius arms, which cannot independently control caster movement, a 4-link system uses an upper and lower arm on each side to properly manage axle dive and roll under all driving conditions — both on and off road.

Key Features:

• Bolt-in component designed for lifted and leveled Super Duty applications
• Fabricated 2" O.D. solid alloy steel control arms for maximum strength and durability
• 1/4" thick laser-cut steel boxed 4-link mounting forks for precise fitment
• 1-1/4" shank Pro-X Krawler Joints allow axle positioning and caster adjustment
• Replaces stock radius arms for improved axle control and reduced suspension bind
• Recommended for 3" to 8" lift height applications
• Smoother articulation and better handling on- and off-road versus OEM radius arm design

Rock Krawler engineers and tests all suspension components in-house, ensuring each piece is built for the demands of towing, trail use, and daily driving. The RK05822 Box Kit is a core component of the Rock Krawler Super Duty 4-Link Upgrade system, precision-engineered for durability and long-term performance.
