Ordered ep27 flasher relay for 2009 Expedition.It did not fit in relay slot.It was too large.I took relay off base and plugged it in and the signals still hyperflash

Hello, I did contact customer service because the box was severely damaged in shipping. I have yet to have my mechanic look over the pinion gear for damage. I will have that done the first of nest week.
