Product Details

The Diode Dynamics SS3 Max Type B Kit features advanced LED fog light technology designed for extreme weather performance. These SAE-compliant fog lights utilize selective yellow output with ABL (Anti-Backlight) technology to cut through fog, rain, and snow while minimizing glare and backscatter.

Key Features:

  • High-intensity automotive-grade LEDs with advanced TIR (Total Internal Reflection) optics for maximum efficiency and beam focus
  • Pin-fin heatsink design provides superior thermal management for consistent performance
  • Durable powdercoated aluminum housing withstands harsh environmental conditions
  • Integrated Deutsch-style connector ensures reliable weatherproof connection
  • SAE F279 compliant fog beam pattern for safe, legal on-road use
  • ABL (Anti-Backlight) yellow spectrum reduces light reflection in precipitation

The SS3 Max series represents professional-grade auxiliary lighting with compact pod design, ideal for trucks, SUVs, off-road vehicles, and motorsports applications. The Type B configuration is optimized for fog light applications with a wide, low beam pattern that illuminates the road surface without causing excessive glare.
