Rubicon Express Transfer Case Lowering Kit

Rubicon Express Transfer Case Lowering Kits are precision-engineered to solve one of the most common drivetrain issues that follows a suspension lift — driveline vibration. By repositioning the transfer case to correct the altered driveline geometry created by a lift, these kits reduce U-joint operating angles, restore smoother power delivery, and protect drivetrain components from accelerated wear.

When a suspension lift raises the body and axles, factory driveshaft angles become steeper than designed. These extreme angles cause vibration, noise, and premature wear on U-joints and driveshaft components. A Rubicon Express Transfer Case Lowering Kit corrects this geometry at the source — without the cost of upgrading to CV driveshafts — making it one of the most cost-effective solutions for any lifted vehicle.

Key Features & Benefits:

• Reduces Driveline Operating Angles — Lowers the transfer case to bring U-joint angles back within acceptable operating range, eliminating vibration and premature wear
• Durable Steel Construction — Components are built from high-quality steel that resists cracking and withstands the stresses of off-road use for long service life
• Cost-Effective Drivetrain Correction — Restores proper driveline geometry without requiring expensive CV driveshaft conversions
• Protects Drivetrain Components — Reduces stress on U-joints, driveshafts, and related hardware to extend overall component life
• Complete Hardware Included — Each kit includes all necessary mounting hardware and components for a complete, bolt-on installation
• Engineered for Lifted Applications — Designed specifically to complement suspension lift kits and restore factory-correct drivetrain alignment
