StopTech Sport Drilled & Slotted Brake Rotors

The StopTech Sport Drilled & Slotted Brake Rotor line delivers a significant braking advantage over factory discs, engineered for enthusiasts who demand professional-grade stopping power without sacrificing daily drivability. Formerly marketed under the Power Slot and SportStop names, this proven rotor lineup is designed as a direct OE replacement — compatible with stock calipers and hardware with no modifications required.

StopTech is the high-performance and racing brand from Centric Parts, and every Sport rotor in this line is produced from a premium Centric Parts blank casting. In select applications, StopTech works with foundry partners to optimize molybdenum and carbon content while carefully controlling the cooling rate during production — resulting in superior hardness, tensile strength, crack resistance, and reduced noise compared to standard rotors.

Key Features:

• Cross-Drilled & Slotted Design: The signature hole and slot pattern promotes heat dissipation and brake dust evacuation, prevents pad glazing, increases initial bite, and improves braking performance in both wet and dry conditions
• Corrosion-Resistant E-Coat Finish: An electrostatically applied coating covers the hat, cooling vanes, and outer edge — engineered to withstand extended exposure to the elements for long-lasting protection against rust and corrosion
• Advanced Metallurgy: High-carbon construction with added molybdenum and chromium (on applicable fitments) reduces pad squeal, improves thermal crack resistance, and extends rotor service life
• Double Disc Ground & Mill Balanced: Precision machining ensures a consistent friction surface and promotes proper pad bed-in for optimal performance right from the start
• Directional Slot Patterns: Side-specific left and right rotor designs use slot angles calibrated to the rotor's direction of rotation for enhanced braking performance, while ensuring drill holes never intersect cooling vanes
• Direct OE Replacement: One-piece construction engineered for bolt-on fitment with factory brake systems and stock calipers — no modifications required

Whether you're replacing worn factory rotors or upgrading braking dynamics for spirited street driving or track use, StopTech Sport Drilled & Slotted Rotors deliver motorsport-proven engineering in a streetable, plug-and-play package. The aggressive drilled and slotted aesthetic also looks exceptional behind open-spoke wheels, making them as visually compelling as they are functional.
