Kooks Headers GREEN Catted Y-Pipe High-Flow Catalytic Converter

The Kooks GREEN Catted Y-Pipe combines high-performance exhaust flow with street-legal emissions compliance, integrating Kooks' proprietary GREEN high-flow catalytic converters directly into a performance-tuned Y-pipe assembly. Engineered to eliminate the restrictive bottlenecks of factory exhaust systems, this product line delivers measurable power gains while keeping your build road-ready and emissions responsible.

GREEN Cat Technology:

• Proprietary GREEN high-flow catalytic converters feature a 400 CPSI metallic substrate that reduces backpressure while meeting EPA standards — rated for both naturally aspirated and forced induction, high-horsepower applications
• Enhanced precious metal catalyst coating supports proper catalytic reaction under elevated heat and demanding conditions, delivering durability across a wide range of performance builds
• Precision mandrel-bent tubing ensures smooth, unrestricted exhaust gas flow throughout the entire assembly
• T304 aircraft-grade stainless steel construction provides exceptional corrosion resistance and long-term durability
• Laser-cut, 3/8" thick stainless steel flanges resist warping and ensure leak-free, long-lasting connections
• TIG-welded joints deliver superior strength and a clean, professional finish
• Direct bolt-on fitment — no welding required; hardware including gaskets and oxygen sensor extensions included
• Handcrafted in the USA to Kooks' industry-leading quality standards

Dyno and Race Tested:

Every Kooks system is dyno and race tested to ensure measurable gains in horsepower and torque. The GREEN Catted Y-Pipe line is engineered to work seamlessly with Kooks long tube headers, optimizing exhaust scavenging and unlocking the full performance potential of your build.
