Earl's Performance 45-Degree Aluminum AN Bulkhead Elbow Fittings

Earl's Performance 45-degree aluminum AN bulkhead elbow fittings are purpose-built for pass-through plumbing installations in racing, street performance, marine, RV, and custom build applications. Designed to route AN fluid lines cleanly through firewalls, panels, and structural barriers at a 45-degree angle, these fittings eliminate the need for grommets while protecting hoses from sharp edges, abrasion, and panel contact.

Key Features:

• Precision-machined aluminum construction delivers a lightweight, high-strength solution for demanding plumbing environments
• 45-degree angle design enables efficient, low-profile hose routing in tight or space-restricted areas
• Bulkhead configuration locks lines securely through panels, firewalls, and frame sections without additional brackets or hardware
• Fully compatible with AN (Army-Navy) standard hoses, fittings, and adapters across the industry
• Available in multiple AN line sizes and anodized finish options to suit a wide range of plumbing configurations
• Each fitting includes a matching bulkhead nut for complete, hardware-ready installation
• Made in the USA to rigorous quality and dimensional standards

The Earl's AN Plumbing Legacy

Earl's Performance has been the benchmark of AN plumbing since 1955, pioneering the supply of military aircraft-specification plumbing components to the Southern California hot rod and racing community. As the military surplus market dried up, Earl recognized the need for continuity of supply and developed the Earl's range of hoses and fittings — effectively creating the racing aftermarket AN plumbing industry. Earl's developed and patented the self-indexing adjustable hose end in 1973, the "Swivel Seal," which allows 360-degree adjustment after installation. Earl's was also the first to introduce flexible stainless steel PTFE-lined hoses to the racing industry in the 1960s. These 45-degree bulkhead elbows carry that same heritage — delivering the precision, durability, and leak-free reliability that top racing teams and performance builders have depended on for decades.
