Earl's Performance Ultra-Flex Hose End Crimp Collars

Earl's Performance Ultra-Flex Crimp Collars are purpose-built retention components for assembling and servicing crimp-style hose connections in racing and high-performance fluid system applications. As the lightest hose end attachment option in the Earl's lineup, these collars are the choice of professional race teams and performance builders who demand both weight savings and rock-solid assembly integrity.

Key Features:

• Clear-coated aircraft aluminum construction — lightweight yet engineered for maximum hose end retention in demanding racing and performance environments
• Crimp-on design delivers a clean, professional hose assembly with a secure, leak-free connection and a repeatable, consistent crimp every time
• Compatible with Earl's Ultra-Flex 650 (Kevlar braid) and Ultra-Flex 660 (stainless braid) hose lines — a single collar style works across both variants, simplifying inventory and tooling requirements
• Designed for use with Earl's dedicated Ultra-Flex hydraulic crimping machine and matching dies for precise, repeatable results
• Hose end bodies are reusable — collars are available separately for replacement or for building new custom hose assemblies
• Suitable for fuel, oil, coolant, water, methanol, and a wide range of fluid transfer applications across racing, street performance, marine, and powersports
