Raptor 170107-A06100 Front Axle Ring and Pinion Gear Set 5.13 Ratio 24 Spline Dana 30

The Raptor 170107-A06100 is a high-performance front axle ring and pinion gear set engineered specifically for 2007-2018 Jeep Wrangler JK and JKU models equipped with the Dana 30 front axle. This precision-machined gear set features a 5.13:1 ratio, making it ideal for regaining performance and drivability when running larger tires or for enhanced off-road crawling capability.

Key Features:

• 5.13:1 gear ratio optimized for 35-inch to 37-inch tire applications
• 24-spline pinion shaft compatible with Dana 30 front axles
• Precision-cut ring and pinion gears for quiet operation and durability
• Heat-treated steel construction for maximum strength and longevity
• Direct replacement for non-Rubicon JK/JKU front axles

Application Notes:

• Fits 2007-2018 Jeep Wrangler JK and JKU (2-door and 4-door models)
• Compatible with Dana 30 front axles only (standard on non-Rubicon models)
• NOT compatible with Rubicon models (which use Dana 44 front axles)
• Professional installation and proper setup recommended
• Matching rear axle gear ratio required for optimal performance

Upgrading to 5.13 gears restores proper engine RPM range, improves throttle response, and reduces transmission strain when running oversized tires. This gear set provides the torque multiplication needed for serious off-road performance while maintaining highway drivability.
