SmartLiner USA SD0040 All Weather Cargo Liner Black 5-Passenger Without Sliding Rear Tray

The SmartLiner USA SD0040 is a custom-fit, all weather cargo trunk liner designed to protect the cargo area behind the second row in the 5-passenger Toyota 4Runner (without the factory sliding rear tray). Engineered using advanced vehicle scanning technology, this liner delivers a precise, square-profile fit that locks securely into place for full-coverage floor protection.

Constructed from a 100% recyclable, low-density polyethylene and plastic-rubber blend, the SD0040 is completely odorless and built to withstand the toughest conditions — from muddy gear and wet boots to spilled drinks and sand. The raised lip and molded outer edge act as a containment barrier, trapping liquids and debris before they can reach the factory carpet beneath.

Key Features:

• All-Weather Protection — Stain-resistant construction guards against snow, mud, sand, salt water, and everyday spills
• Custom Fit — Precision-engineered using 3D laser scanning technology for a seamless, gap-free fit specific to the 5-passenger 4Runner cargo area
• Raised Lip / Smart Coverage Design — Molded edges contain spills and debris, preventing damage to the factory carpet
• Square Profile — Flat cargo area design; does not cover the factory plastic side pockets
• Easy to Clean — Simply hose off or spot-clean with soap and water
• Skid-Resistant Surface — Textured finish keeps cargo from shifting during transit
• Eco-Friendly Material — Made from 100% recyclable, odorless polyethylene blend
• Lifetime Warranty — Backed against breaking, tearing, or bending out of shape under normal use

Important Fitment Notes:

• Fits 5-passenger model only — does NOT fit 7-passenger models with 3rd row seats
• Only compatible with vehicles without the factory sliding rear cargo tray
• Covers the cargo floor behind the second row only — does not cover the factory plastic side pockets

The SmartLiner SD0040 is the smart, affordable alternative to premium-brand cargo liners, delivering comparable protection and a factory-quality look at a budget-friendly price point.
