Product Details

The MAHLE 930286245 is a high-performance forged piston engineered from premium 2618 aluminum alloy for superior strength and thermal resistance in demanding applications. This precision-machined piston features an 87.50mm bore diameter with a 30mm compression height, designed for use with a 99.0mm stroke crankshaft and 152.0mm connecting rod.

Key Specifications:

  • Bore Diameter: 87.50mm
  • Compression Height: 30mm
  • Stroke: 99.0mm
  • Connecting Rod Length: 152.0mm
  • Wrist Pin Diameter: 22mm
  • Dome Volume: -9.4cc (dish design)
  • Weight: 318 grams
  • Compression Ratio: 10.0:1
  • Material: 2618 aluminum alloy

The 2618 alloy construction provides excellent strength at elevated temperatures and superior resistance to detonation, making this piston ideal for turbocharged, supercharged, and high-compression naturally aspirated engines. The -9.4cc dish design helps achieve the target 10.0:1 compression ratio while maintaining proper chamber geometry. Each piston is manufactured to exacting tolerances to ensure optimal ring seal, reduced friction, and maximum durability under extreme conditions.
