The Edelbrock 2117 Performer-Plus Camshaft Kit is engineered for 283-400 cubic inch Small-Block Chevrolet V8 engines built from 1957 to 1986. This performance camshaft delivers optimum torque from the low-end through the mid-range powerband, making it ideal for street-driven vehicles that operate from off-idle to 5500 rpm.

Performance Characteristics:

Designed as a smooth-idling cam perfect for daily drivers, trucks, vans, RVs, and 4x4 applications, the Performer-Plus #2117 provides a major improvement in throttle response and torque without sacrificing drivability. When tested with an Edelbrock Performer EPS intake manifold #2701, E-Street cylinder heads #5089, and E-Street EFI system #3664, this camshaft produced 338 horsepower and 389 ft-lbs of torque.
