The Edelbrock 22096 Rollin' Thunder camshaft kit delivers exceptional performance for 1987 and later small-block Chevy V-8 engines. This complete hydraulic roller cam package is engineered to work seamlessly with Edelbrock Performer and Performer RPM intake manifolds and cylinder heads, providing optimized performance across the RPM range.

Complete Kit Includes:

  • Edelbrock Rollin' Thunder hydraulic roller camshaft
  • Hydraulic roller lifters
  • Pushrods

Camshaft Specifications:

  • Duration at .050" Intake: 212 degrees
  • Duration at .050" Exhaust: 222 degrees
  • Valve Lift Intake: .462"
  • Valve Lift Exhaust: .479"
  • Lobe Separation Angle: 112 degrees
  • Intake Centerline: 107 degrees
  • Idle Vacuum at 1000 RPM: 16"

This camshaft profile is specifically ground to complement Edelbrock Performer series components, though it can also be used with other parts designed for similar RPM ranges. The hydraulic roller design provides excellent durability, reduced friction, and superior valve control compared to flat tappet designs, making it an ideal upgrade for street performance and mild racing applications.
