The Edelbrock 2204 Performer-RPM Camshaft is engineered specifically for 1987-later small block Chevy 283-400 V8 engines (excluding LT1 and Gen III applications). This hydraulic flat tappet camshaft delivers optimum torque from the low-end through the mid-range, making it an ideal choice for street performance applications operating from off-idle to 5,500 rpm.

Performance Features:

  • Major improvement in throttle response and low-to-mid range torque
  • Dyno-proven performance: 435 HP and 435 ft-lbs of torque when paired with Performer RPM Air-Gap intake manifold #7516, Thunder Series AVS carburetor #1813, and Performer RPM E-Tec cylinder heads #60795
  • Optimized for street trucks, vans, RVs, 4x4s, and daily drivers
