Walker Products 242-91047 Ignition Knock Detonation Sensor Full Service Kit

The Walker Products 242-91047 is a replacement ignition knock (detonation) sensor designed to meet or exceed OEM standards and specifications. This full service kit provides a reliable, direct-fit solution for restoring proper engine knock detection and protecting your engine from detonation damage.

The knock sensor monitors engine vibration frequencies associated with detonation — the uncontrolled combustion that can cause serious engine damage. When the sensor detects knock, it signals the ECU to retard ignition timing, safeguarding engine components and optimizing performance.
