Cometic C4360-027 MLS Cylinder Head Gasket Bore Subaru - 103mm 027 EJ20

The Cometic C4360-027 is a high-performance Multi-Layer Steel (MLS) cylinder head gasket engineered specifically for Subaru EJ20 engines. This precision-manufactured gasket features a 103mm bore diameter and .027" (0.69mm) compressed thickness, providing exceptional sealing capabilities for both stock and modified applications.

Key Features:

• Multi-Layer Steel (MLS) construction for superior durability and heat resistance
• 103mm bore diameter designed for EJ20 engine specifications
• .027" compressed thickness for optimal sealing and compression control
• Embossed stainless steel layers with Viton rubber coating for maximum sealing
• Handles extreme cylinder pressures in turbocharged and high-performance applications
• Re-torque capability allows for easier installation and maintenance

Cometic gaskets utilize multiple layers of stainless steel with Viton rubber bead sealing technology to create a superior seal that withstands thermal expansion and extreme combustion pressures. The MLS design allows the gasket to recover from high-stress conditions while maintaining consistent clamping force across the entire sealing surface, making it ideal for modified engines with increased boost or compression.
