Cometic C15202-060 GM LT1/LT4 Gen-V Small Block V8 .060" MLX Cylinder Head Gasket

The Cometic C15202-060 is a premium Multi-Layer Stopper (MLX) cylinder head gasket engineered specifically for GM LT1 and LT4 Gen-V small block V8 engines. This high-performance gasket features a .060" compressed thickness and 4.200" bore diameter, making it ideal for performance rebuilds and applications requiring precise sealing.

Key Features:

• Multi-Layer Stopper (MLX) construction with multiple layers of stainless steel for superior combustion sealing
• .060" compressed gasket thickness for custom compression ratio tuning
• 4.200" bore diameter optimized for Gen-V LT1/LT4 engines
• Stopper layer design provides additional support around combustion chamber for extreme cylinder pressure applications
• Stainless steel construction resists corrosion and provides excellent heat resistance
• Embossed sealing beads ensure optimal sealing across the entire head surface

Cometic MLX gaskets are the go-to choice for performance engine builders who demand maximum reliability under high boost, nitrous, or naturally aspirated high-compression conditions. The stopper layer technology provides concentrated clamping force around the combustion chamber where it's needed most, preventing head lift and combustion leakage even under extreme pressures.
