EMPI 69-0023-0 CV Joint Boot Kit for VW Type 1 IRS Axle

The EMPI 69-0023-0 is a replacement CV (constant velocity) joint boot kit designed for Volkswagen Type 1, Type 2, and Type 3 vehicles equipped with Independent Rear Suspension (IRS) axle assemblies. This kit provides a reliable, cost-effective solution for restoring proper protection to worn or damaged CV joint boots, helping to keep grease in and contaminants out of the joint.

Key Features:

• Direct-fit replacement for VW IRS axle CV joint boots
• Durable rubber construction for long-lasting flexibility and resistance to heat and road debris
• Includes boot, clamps, and necessary hardware for a complete installation
• Helps prevent premature CV joint failure by maintaining proper lubrication
• Manufactured by EMPI, a trusted name in VW and off-road performance parts

Regular inspection and replacement of CV boots is essential preventive maintenance. A torn or cracked boot allows grease to escape and exposes the CV joint to dirt and moisture, leading to rapid wear and costly joint replacement. The EMPI 69-0023-0 boot kit makes it easy to restore protection before joint damage occurs.
